Built for the Arizona Environment
Each barrel starts as a heat-treated stainless steel hammer-forged blank. This process creates a dense, durable bore that holds up to high round counts and sustained fire in extreme heat. The black Melonite finish provides a hard, corrosion-resistant surface that stands up to abrasive dust and sweat, reducing glare and protecting against the elements. Because we manufacture these right here in Phoenix, the steel and treatment are chosen specifically for the conditions we shoot in.
Drop-In Fit – No Gunsmith Required
This barrel is a true direct drop-in replacement for your factory slide. There is no need for hand fitting, filing, or a trip to the shop. Install it in minutes with basic tools and get back on the range. It locks up tight and cycles reliably with factory and suppressed ammunition.
Suppressor-Ready Threading
The muzzle features a standard 1/2-28 thread pattern, the most common size for 9mm suppressors and compensators. The threaded section extends approximately 0.680” past the factory slide, giving you plenty of clearance for most suppressor attachments and direct-thread cans. This length is optimized to work with the FN Reflex’s recoil system without binding or timing issues.
