Description
The Apex Optic Mount is a direct-fit solution for mounting the Aimpoint COA to any Sig Sauer P320 slide equipped with the factory Sig-LOC optic cut. This includes the full-size P320 Legion series, the M17 and M18 (both military and civilian models), and all other P320 variants using that specific slide interface. The mount also works correctly with the factory Loaded Chamber Indicator on M17/M18 slides, so no modification or removal of that feature is required.
Machined from a single billet of steel and finished with a Black PVD coating, this mount is built to survive the Arizona desert environment. Steel resists the thermal expansion and flex common to aluminum mounts under direct sun exposure, and the PVD finish provides a hard, corrosion-resistant surface that won’t degrade from dust, sweat, or solvent contact. This combination keeps the optic secure during rapid fire, slide manipulation, and holster re-holster cycles.
The mount uses the Aimtech A-Cut geometry to interface with the COA, providing consistent recoil lug engagement. The clamp design applies even clamping force across the optic body, reducing the chance of zero shift from impact or vibration. To simplify installation, all mounting screws come with a pre-applied thread locking patch. Torque all Apex screws to 15 in-lb — no additional thread locker is needed.
