This Apex Tactical J-Frame Duty/Carry Spring Kit drops the pull weight by about 3 pounds on Smith & Wesson centerfire J-Frames with a frame-mounted firing pin. That’s a real difference when you’re running drills out at Three Points or just keeping one in the truck.
It’s a drop-in set: rebound slide spring, main spring, firing pin, and reduced power firing pin return spring. All steel parts. No filing, no fitting—just swap and go. Not compatible with the polymer Bodyguard .38, so check your frame before ordering.
