This Rossi M88 38 Special Police Trade-In Revolver ships via FedEx or UPS ground to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in your state. You must provide a signed copy of your chosen FFL’s license at checkout. Shipment will be delayed if the FFL information is incomplete. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
